As a certified birthing doula with Luxe Doula Services, my ultimate goal is to help expectant parents achieve their birth goals and have a positive birthing experience. With my background as an ultrasound technician in infertility, women's healthcare is my passion. My focus is on providing a supportive, empowering and judgement-free environment to parents-to-be. I specialize in The Mongan Method of HypnoBirthing, which is a natural childbirth technique that emphasizes self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques to reduce pain during labor. Together, we will work towards creating a birthing experience that is both calm and enjoyable.
